How many free samples can I order?
You can order up to 6 free fabric samples per order. Mix blinds and curtains, and we dispatch them within 24 hours via Express Post.
Do I measure the recess or the blind size?
This depends on your fit type. If you select Recess Fit (Inside), provide us with the exact window opening size—we will make the necessary deductions so it fits perfectly. If you select Face Fit (Outside), provide us with the exact size you want the blind to be (we make no deductions).
How do I measure for curtains?
Width: If you select Wall to wall, enter the full opening width. We deduct 20mm (10mm each side) and manufacture the track to that reduced size. If you select Not wall to wall, enter the finished track width; we manufacture the track to the exact number you type.
Drop: Measure from the top of the track to where you want the curtain to stop. We allow for the track and heading in the workroom (S-fold, 23mm). We do not deduct a floor gap. The hem lands where you measured. On unlevel floors, measure in several places along the track: use the shortest measurement if you want a gap everywhere, or the longest if you want the hem to puddle or kiss the floor everywhere.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because every product is custom-made to your exact specifications, we begin the manufacturing process almost immediately. You have a 24-hour cooling-off period to contact us for changes. After this, fees may apply if materials have already been cut.

How long does manufacturing take?
Our standard manufacturing turnaround is 5 business days for blinds. During peak periods (like pre-Christmas), this timeframe may extend slightly.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to almost all locations in Australia. For remote areas, our courier partners may have specific delivery schedules.
Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty?
We offer a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty on all our custom blinds and curtains. This covers mechanisms, components, and fabric integrity under normal use.
What if I measured incorrectly?
If your product doesn't fit due to a measurement error, we won't leave you hanging. Under our Measurement Mistake Guarantee, we will replace up to 2 products per order at up to 35% off. This ensures you get the perfect fit without paying full price twice. Contact support within 14 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.
